As the member of China Foundry Association, we execute the same size tolerance and material standards as Europe and America. The product conforms to the ROHS standard, the casting surface roughness is around in Ra 3.2, and weight range is from 1 gram to 30 kg. The size range, one direction can reach to 600mm, while the other two directions can reach to 400mm. We has a full set of precision casting and testing equipment, including Wax injection machine, Shell making equipment, Dewaxing kettle, Mid-frequency furnace, Shot-blasting machine, Cutting machine, Grinding machine, Hydraulic press machine, 3D printer, Direct reading spectrometer, Hardness machine, etc.

Our machining plant has machining centers, CNC lathes, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), wire cutting machines, Milling machines, Lathes, 3D counting machines and many other complete sets of processing equipment. Our senior engineers and mechanical engineers have over 20 years’ experience in casting and machining field and product development.
