Our Comprehensive Inspection Process

Sample Production Inspection:
Before mass production, we determine all process parameters and prepare the necessary technical documentation, such as process cards and setup guides. After the sample is produced, we conduct dimensional inspections using precise measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. We also perform a chemical composition test using a spectrometer to verify that the material meets required specifications.
Hardness Testing:
If required, we perform a hardness test using a hardness tester to ensure that the material exhibits the correct strength and durability for its intended application.
Comprehensive Inspection Process
Mass Production Process Control:
During mass production, we continue to maintain strict quality control by preparing detailed process cards for each step in production. These cards include clear instructions on the critical parameters for each operation, as well as any safety and precautionary measures. We also implement a routine inspection system, ensuring that each process is thoroughly checked and verified before moving to the next stage.
Mutual Inspection Requirements:

Our Chemical Composition Adjustment Method
This is our company adjustment method when product's chemical composition fails inspection:
STEP 1
Take the first sample after the raw materials are melted.
STEP 2
STEP 3
Polish the surface of the first sample to prepare it for spectroscopic analysis.
STEP 4
Perform spectroscopic analysis on the first sample. The chromium content is found to be 11.62%, which does not meet the required chemical composition standards.
STEP 5
STEP 6
Take the second sample after adding the ferrochrome alloy.
STEP 7
Allow the second sample to cool for preparation of spectroscopic analysis.
STEP 8
STEP 9
Perform spectroscopic analysis on the second sample. As shown in the image, the chromium content reaches 12.76%, meeting the required composition, and the levels of other elements also comply with standards.
